Učenie je veľmi komplexný a zložitý proces. Ak chceme z učenia vyťažiť čo najviac, musíme si naň pripraviť adekvátne podmienky. V dnešnej dobe môže byť náročné učiť sa správne. Práve preto sa budeme tejto problematike venovať ďalej v dnešnom článku.
Ešte predtým než prejdeme k samotnému učeniu, musíme si prispôsobiť okolie okolo nás. Dobré je začať úpravou svetelných zdrojov a nastaviť ich tak, aby sme mali osvetlený priestor okolo nás. Podmienky pri učení tiež vylepší úprava teploty na komfortnú úroveň, napríklad vetraním. Pre správne učenie je tiež potrebné nájsť si kľudné a nerušivé prostredie. Hlavným rušivým faktorom sú v dnešnej dobe aj sociálne siete a notifikácie, ktoré dokážu náš proces učenia ľahko narušiť, preto odporúčame si upozornenia vypnúť a jasne vymedziť čas pre učenie.
Pokiaľ chceme z učenia vyťažiť maximum, je dôležité si efektívne a strategicky naplánovať, ako aj správne zadeliť, kedy sa čo učiť. Tento spôsob spočíva v čítaní učiva, pochopení jeho kontextu a jeho následnom vysvetľovaní, či už samému sebe, alebo niekomu inému.
Avšak bezhlavé čítanie a rozprávanie toho istého dookola ešte neznamená, že sa to aj reálne naučíme a uložíme do dlhodobej pamäti. Práve pre odstránenie tohto nedostatku si vysvetlíme techniku Pomodoro.
Pomodoro je technika učenia založená na správnom využívaní času na prácu a prestávky. Tento koncept predstavil a vytvoril Francesco Cirillo. Odporúčané rozmedzie pre jeden pracovný interval je 25 až 40 minút. Po každom takomto pracovnom intervale je vhodné si dať prestávku 5 až 10 minút. Po 4 pracovných intervaloch si môžeme dať prestávku dlhšiu. Vhodné je interval začať zopakovaním učiva z minulého intervalu a potom pokračovať v novom učive.
Veľmi dôležitým faktorom sú aj rôzne aktivity, ktoré zvyšujú činnosť mozgu a tým pádom aj efektivitu učenia. Veľmi veľkú výhodu pre náš mozog má pravidelná fyzická aktivita, a to aspoň 2-3 krát do týždňa. Ruka v ruke s pravidelným cvičením ide správna a vyvážená životospráva a dostatočný pitný režim. Veľmi podstatným faktorom je aj dostatočný spánok. Zlepšiť mozgovú aktivitu môže pomôcť napríklad aj meditácia, ale aj mentálny tréning v podobe riešenia Rubikovej kocky alebo logické hry.
